I just checked my email, and the SFS notes claim it's the first weekend in D-term, which should be the weekend after the 13th of March... which is actually the weekend I'm going to be in Massachusetts! So I might very well be there!! (i.e. if I knew I was going to be playing in a Serenity game, I almost certainly would show up to it for that part!).

I'd like to try the system/setting out, a one-shot would probably be best, but a real game wouldn't be bad.

Yes (in_water_writ) and yes. She went to the last Intercon and has been playing in games at Brandeis (don't remember if you've been in any of those).

I don't know what she was in, except for the Roman baths game. Heh, oh wait, she was (not surprisingly) in the Firefly LARP... She'll be going to Intercon this year if you'd like to meet her.
