Credit Card Fraud?

I have a mysterious charge on my credit card from Dining In, a restaurant delivery service I haven't used (to my recollection) in 2 years. Should I settle the problem with the bank and/or business or report the card stolen immediately? Has anyone else had a mysterious charge?

Edit: Crisis resolved. A friend accidentally charged my account by mistake.
