Who turned off the sound?

Dear Firefox & Explorer:

I don't know what you did, but you muted youtube. You muted firstpersontetris. You muted boomshine and every other webpage I can think of that has sound except radio paradise. How am I supposed to watch youtube videos with no sound?

WTF? Did somebody update firefox with a bad patch or something?

Since it's affecting both Firefox and Explorer, perhaps it was a bad update of Flash?

Have you tried rebooting?

Rebooting helped not. I don't have admin on this computer, so maybe I'll just blame doc_smiley.

It was fine for a while and now it's back. I'm guessing it's some setting or program that Doc is running.
