Outcome of Experiment : mu
Teriyaki Curry Sezechuen Chicken was a success. The curry cut out the tangy flavours of the teriyaki and szechuen that I don't like. Vegetables came out mushy except for the water chestnuts. Even the toddler corn!
Will have to try thawing or even preboiling. Or maybe a lower temperature. Any suggestions?
