I've heard a lot of complaints this past week about the distribution of Terrorist Defense Dollars. I believe seeing figures resembling over $90 per capita in Alaska and only $32 per capita in New York. Have any research-savvy people out there examined the Terrorist Defense Dollar per Acre figures? Alaska, after all, has a fantastically huge portion of the US's landmass that could be entered into/sabotaged.
