Sigh. Anyone know the best way to de-mold nylon? My tent got soaked after last month's Crossroads, and 3 more weeks of constant rain left my tent moldy. It doesn't smell (yet), but it's rather unsightly. Any ideas?

I'm not sure how big your tent is, so I'm not sure how practical this will be... but I'd probably try soaking it in bleach and water then wipe it off and dry it in the sun.

be careful around mold. Breathing it in can be super damaging to your brain. Bleach is a great way to kill it. But it may turn your tent white...

You can spray it to hell with disinfectant that says it kills mold. And it will likely kill the mold, but the stain will still be there.

most professional mold removers I've seen contain boron? its some b element and most likely harmful. Direct sunlight works too. Set it up on a sunny day and let it air out. mold is the vampire of spore growth.

This is about what I was going to suggest, as well...

pau d'arco (sp?) is a great antifungal. it's sold at vitamin stores. i think a friend once used it on fabric but i am not sure what he mixed it with.
