etherialAntivirus is not functioning properly. Liveupdate is grayed out and won't run. I also can't successfully uninstall it via the install disc or Windows uninstaller. Any ideas?
PS - HP swears its printer drivers are installed, but I can't find the network printer. Any ideas with that?
