mmm, it isn't like every other city though. i have not met a single city like it in America. it is by far the most metropolitan, cosmopolitan freaken awesome city here. it is big. really big. like areal city. unlike say Boston or waltham which are technically also cities. NY is nothing like either. which is not to say it is better necessarily, just different.
