One of the disadvantages of our wedding plans is that the number of people RSVP'd is very unclear. I can say we're definitely at over 100 RSVPs, but beyond that, numbers are very vague. I imagine I'd be very depressed if I asked kadnkadnk how many people had signed on to bring food. It's not the uncertainty that gets me per se, it's that the uncertainty is pretty expensive dollarwise. I don't want to be short wedding cake. I don't want the wedding cake to go half uneaten, either. So please visit the webiste, email Kim, email us, figure out what you're bringing for food, and sign up on facebook if you're on facebook.

I responded via facebook and don't remember seeing anything in the question about food, it was just a yes/no/maybe.

You might want to send out a friendly cheerful message to the yes's and maybes on facebook inviting them to email Kim or whatever if they'd like to help out by bring delicious foodstuffs. Despite whatever's in the event description, I don't think we all heard the instructions properly if we were supposed to respond or sign up somewhere.

I suppose that depends on whether you're ok with a metric ton of fruitcake. The paper invitations all had food instructions for people who aren't flying in. I did send a friendly facebook reminder, though.
