It's possible the credit card got left somewhere while shopping. We can check Costco if you like.

It's already been found. I dropped it at the other grocery run on Sunday. The guy behind me in line picked it up and waited until after it had been canceled to call me to tell me he found it. Note that it would not have been canceled if he had left it with the store.
