I've never been met anybody like that.

PS - Is there some way to get lj to stop underlining the titles on my friendspage? It's getting on my nerves.

And that is why my policy is to tell chicks straight up that I like them, friendship be damned.

I've had three people on my friends page comment about that one already.

As I said to the first one, I hope I never do that to anyone. Also, thankfully, this guy's strategy fails if two people try it on the same person.

I didn't change my style. lj changed it for me. I have no idea where to look.

Alas, I have not the knowledge to help you.

What's sad is that in my greater social circle of the past there were probably half a dozen people trying this approach on any given nerdy hot girl.

(now everyone is old and married but I'm sure this still crops up)

Underlining... titles? What titles?

Okay. I think we use the term "topics" differently.

Sadly, though, I don't know how to solve your problem.

As it turns out, they're underlined because they're links. So I think there's jack-all I can do. It's funny, I always have used the web update feature, but I've never noticed they've called them "subjects". I've always called them "titles", i.e. "Title of the Post".

What layout do you use.

Default. I'm having trouble finding the style override for the underlining or any other way of going about it.

I just noticed that lj started doing this on my f-page too, because the first few times it made me think they were links. It bugs me too, so fix mine if you find a fix, plz?

D'oh!

They're underlined because they are links. I don't think there's gonna be a way to change that.
